Do I need my exact birth time?
It helps a great deal. Your rising sign and all twelve house placements depend on it, sometimes down to the minute. If you do not know it, enter your best guess or midday: your sun, moon and planetary signs still calculate correctly, and you can update the time later from your profile without losing anything.
Where do the readings actually come from?
Planetary positions are computed from ephemeris data, the same maths professional astrology software runs on. The interpretations are written by hand, stored in our own content library, and matched to your chart, your house and the topic you tapped. Nothing is invented on the fly.
Is my birth data private?
Yes. It is stored against your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold or handed to advertisers. You can delete your account and everything attached to it from inside the app, or from this site.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. Stars&Self is on Android first while we get the content library where we want it. iOS is next on the list.
Will it tell me my future?
No, and it will not pretend to. It tells you what the sky is doing and what that tends to stir up in a chart shaped like yours. What you do with the day stays entirely yours. Astrology here is a tool for reflection, not prediction, and never a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
How do I cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Open the Play Store, go to Subscriptions, and cancel there. You keep Premium until the period you already paid for runs out, and your free features carry on untouched afterwards.
